Good show, though Tom Beasley - you somehow look very, very creepy. Also Kaphwan's acrobatics are brilliant. ----------------------- QUOTE Zanda says: Call me Papa Smurf, bitch. Pokémon was awesome. I want royalties. Liked Joe's bit too, a lot darker than the normal Fayre.

No-one cared about Bulbasaur. I was always a Charmander person, but there were loads who preferred Squirtle. Bulbasaur never really featured.

Bulbasaur was easiest at the beginning, I seem to remember. I always chose Charmander though.

The only reason to choose Bulbasaur was because it was strong against rock and water which were the first two gyms. Although, Charmander or Squirtle were both better in the long run. You could easily beat Brock if you caught a Caterpie in Viridian Forest and levelled it up to Butterfree and pretty much any semi-powerful Pokémon could beat Misty.

I think it should be Squirtle. Just because water kicks everyones firey, rocky butt. Another reason I used to use Charmander was because I ended up with a Gyarados, so already had a strong water Pokémon. There wasn't a lot of chance to get a fire Pokémon until the Pokémon Lab on Cinnabar Island. |

Multitude of weaknesses, few common advantages and fairly bog standard defenses, they're the laughing stock of ALL the types. even Bug has more versatility.
