Well, I'm going to take the trouble to talk about it, at a moderate length - I know how bored I get by Toes's and Mort's near-Proustian ramblings - and reflect on this past year with respect to AFness. I may actually make this annual, unless I ever summon the courage to leave this sewer permanently. Consider it AF's equivalent to the State of the Union, but far more/less interesting (delete as appropriate).
What can I say about my time on AF that I haven't said before, practically sneering through the monitor? Not much. All the change in this place has been gradual. From a fairly random, meaningless forum to Cherub's bitchy-but-less-slutty sister and then the Posh Londoners' Soiree Organisation Committee. I think there have been three, maybe four large meets and I nearly made the third one, but you'll have to wait a little longer for my awe-inspiring presence.
I believe I came, stayed for two months, then left. And stayed in a constant state of leaving and going (often simultaneously) for... ooh, six months? And I still don't know whether to stay or not. It's all your fault, frankly. All of you. I tried my best for you to loathe me, but I found Matt and Josh asking for me back in the Birthday Thread during a school-time lurk (we had no proxies and AF isn't blocked) and I can't deny your wishes. You've influenced my music (well, Air Traffic, London Calling and two Radiohead songs), my internet etiquette (it disappeared) and I love and hate you all. You made me, me. Hoes.
